The Mumbai seige has at last come to an end. Brave men such as the Anti-Terror Squad (ATS) chief Hemant Karkare laid down their lives fighting terrorists in Mumbai. The nation and all Indians owe a high degree of gratitude and respect to all these brave officials killed in the terror attacks.
The NSG (National Security Guard) commandos need to be applauded for their fearless and daring job of fighting the Mumbai terrorists head on.
It is the responsibility of the government to honour all the NSG commandos involved in this Mumbai battle. The family members of the Mumbai terror victims should also be looked after.
