A no-frills regime seems to have taken over Delhi politics. After the new government took over, various companies sent bouquets to the new power minister, Piyush Goyal. But they were taken aback when they were told that the bouquets were not required. Many heads of companies had also arrived with presentations to make to the minister. Since there wasn't enough time, they were given dates when the minister would be available for them, which prompted many company heads to hope the days of policy paralysis are over.
