Sketchy introduction

Yasuhiro Tamaki, the president & CEO of Japanese firm Tama Home, which announced its entry into India, had an interesting way of introducing himself. Since he is not comfortable with English, he has had his name written vertically on the back cover of his smartphone with a sketch - not a photograph - of his face alongside. Even though he had an interpreter with him , he would introduce himself to journalists by smilingly pointing to the cover and then himself, an amiably eccentric way of crossing the language barrier as any.
