Astrologer Sumanadasa Abeygunawardena, who advised defeated Sri Lankan president Mahinda Rajapaksa to call for an early election, has been asked to vacate the bungalow he was living in. The bungalow was gifted to him by the former Sri Lankan president. Reflecting on his fate after the wrong prediction, Abeygunawardena said, "Not all of Nostradamus' predictions came true either." Abeygunawardena admitted he would keep a low profile for the moment but was confident that the setback would not lead to all his followers deserting him. In addition to losing his home, the astrologer also lost his limousine and chauffeur, and vacated his seat on the board of a state-run bank.
