What's in a name?

Ficci Secretary General Amit Mitra, who heads an expert committee for coming up with innovative financing schemes for rail infrastructure projects, appears to be coming up with quite a few innovations of his own. While tabling a report prepared by his committee, he referred to the railway board members his team had consulted. Unable to remember their designations, he spoke of a Member (Industry) who was of great help. It’s another matter that the railways doesn’t have a Member (Industry).
