DLF Universal Limited, a real estate developer, has announced its plans to develop an integrated township in Hyderabad over 26.3 acres.
 
It has envisaged four million square feet of township in Gachibowli and DLF will be investing over Rs 600 crore towards this project which will house residential, retail, recreational developments, a five-star hotel, multiplexes and service apartments.
 
The phase I of the IT component is expected to be completed by mid 2006. The IT Park will also host food courts, gymnasium, ATMs etc, a press release said.
