DLF Universal Limited, a real estate developer, has announced its plans to develop an integrated township in Hyderabad over 26.3 acres. | |
It has envisaged four million square feet of township in Gachibowli and DLF will be investing over Rs 600 crore towards this project which will house residential, retail, recreational developments, a five-star hotel, multiplexes and service apartments.

The phase I of the IT component is expected to be completed by mid 2006. The IT Park will also host food courts, gymnasium, ATMs etc, a press release said.
