However, AAP continued to target Upadhyay by producing documents purportedly showing the BJP leader as an "equal owner" in NCNL Infomedia, which, according to the AAP, provided services to power distribution firms in Delhi. The party said the company's Articles of Association showed Upadhyay as one of the directors.
Upadhyay sought to dismiss the allegations as "baseless" and said he had presented "all the facts before the EC".

Kejriwal had alleged on Wednesday that Upadhyay had major stakes in a firm which installed and replaced metres for BSES in Delhi. Following this, Upadhyay challenged the AAP to prove their claims.
"People in Delhi are worried about fast-running electricity metres in Delhi. Yesterday (Wednesday), Upadhyay had said he would resign if we produce evidence against him," said senior AAP leader Manish Sisodia at a press conference here on Thursday.
The AAP also alleged that NCNL Infomedia was in BSES Delhi's 'approved contractors list' and that Upadhyay was still a director.
