"Certain parties are taking riot route to capture power as they have become impatient while remaining in the opposition for years together. The citizens must keep such parties at bay as they have no plan of development.
"They are all-out to divide people and spread hatred in the society," she said while addressing a meeting at Jamia Nagar in South Delhi.

"Their (BJP) credentials are known to one and all. People know their divisive politics. The city government during last 15 years has developed Delhi leaps and bounds.
"That party is misleading people to gain electoral mileage," she said speaking at the meeting in a predominantly Muslim area.
Dikshit listed achievement of her government in diverse sectors including transport, education, health, trade and social sector.
Talking about the ambitious Food Security programme, Dikshit said her government was working hard to provide subsidised food grains under the scheme to around 75 lakh people in Delhi.
"We are committed to overcome hunger in the city.
"The food security programme has brought happiness in the poor families as they have got a right to food after right to education and right to information," she said after inaugurating work for laying of sewerage network in more than 12 unauthorised colonies under Okhla Assembly constituency.
Dikshit said commissioning of the sewerage system would benefit around 1. 25 lakh people in the area.
"It will reduce pollution in river Yamuna and to improve sanitation," she said adding 54 kms of sewer line will be laid under the project at an estimated cost of Rs 53 crore.
Officials said the project will be completed within three years.
Area MLA Asif Mohammad Khan, who had recently joined Congress quitting RJD, conveyed his gratitude to the Chief Minster for sanctioning the project.
