Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar on Sunday  took a jibe at AAP, saying the party has nothing to gain in Goa where all women have ration cards, an oblique reference to sacked Delhi Minister Sandeep Kumar who allegedly raped a woman who had sought his help to obtain the document.

"In Goa, all women have ration cards. Hence, I feel AAP has nothing to gain here," Parsekar told a gathering of Mahila Morcha, BJP's women wing, here.

"It is shameful that one woman was exploited for ration card," he said, attacking the Arvind Kejriwal-led party which has announced plans to contest next year's Assembly elections in the coastal State, where BJP is in power.

Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar, a former Goa CM, had also made a veiled reference about the CD scandal involving Kumar and the ration card issue while addressing BJP workers here on Saturday.

Taunting Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who recently underwent a tongue surgery, Parsekar said "Kejriwal is taking some treatment because he spoke so much in Delhi and Goa that his tongue size grew and hence had to be treated.
