The House witnessed uproar over the formation of Telangana state

Both houses of parliament were Tuesday adjourned till noon after an uproar over the formation of Telangana state.

As soon as the Lok Sabha began itrs sitting, members opposed to the proposed Telangana state raised slogans, demanding a united Andhra Pradesh.

Amid the din, Speaker Meira Kumar adjourned the house till noon.

Similar scenes were witnessed in the Rajya Sabha, forcing Chairman Hamid Ansari to adjourn the house, also till noon.
