India Launches Worlds fastest Laser Cutting and Bending Machines at IMTEX’s International Tooltech Exhibition 2010
AMADA India Pvt. Ltd., an Indian subsidiary of Japan’s AMADA Co., Ltd – the world’s largest machine tool manufacturer – has today launched the world’s fastest and advance technology laser cutting machine and bending machine at the inauguration of IMTEX Forming and Tooltech 2010 Exhibition. This launch emphasises India being an attractive investment destination and an important growth market for Amada.
Mr. Mitsuo Okamoto, Group President & CEO, AMADA Co., Ltd, Japan; Mr. Umeda, General Manager, Amada Co Ltd. Japan and Mr. Kuniya Matsumoto, President & CEO, AMADA India Pvt. Ltd., inaugurated and launched the latest offerings from AMADA at its stall at IMTEX.
Speaking during the launch Mr. Okamoto said, “India is considered a Global Manufacturing hub and we at Amada work with the philosophy of growing together with our customers. India being a fast developing nation with a thriving market for machine tools, is witnessing tremendous growth in Road, Railways, Power sector, Telecom Industries and infrastructure. As a result of this, launching our new products first in India as we see a chunk fo our demand and growth emanating here”
In keeping with the rapid industrial growth in India, AMADA has plans to play a significant role here. AMADA will seek to expand its presence in India by not only launching its new products, but also offering after sales support to all its customers all over the country.
Participating at IMTEX 2010 has allowed Amada to showcase its latest technologies and to demonstrate its commitment to India. This is also a platform for the company to showcase its eco friendly products. The LC-F1 is the next-generation high-speed laser cutting machine with Twin Adaptive Optics and Automatic Nozzle Changer for continuous cutting without the need for changing lens to cut materials of different thickness. RG-M2 is a bending machine equipped with high-performance unit for automatic control of the high-speed machine with a simple input operation. It improves processing accuracy and work efficiency, allowing registration of large amounts of processing data.
