“Global businesses today face the challenge of reducing costs while increasing productivity. While the Internet has enabled companies to provide anytime, anywhere access to employees, security and reliability remain important areas of concern. The new collaboration between Orange Business Services and Avaya will empower enterprises to use communication tools effectively. We will offer multiple solutions that promise to improve business functions, reduce costs, and optimize the customer relationship,” added Sanjay Vig, Chief Executive Officer, Orange Business Services India.
Orange Business Services India will be an Avaya Platinum-certified partner, with a direct contract with Avaya in India. The collaboration will provide a suite of solutions (Hosted and Integrated Call Centers managed or integrated Unified Communications solutions) that deliver the business benefits of improved productivity, greater cost savings, limited organizational risk, improved business agility, rapid deployment, superior flexibility and mobility and greater control over the management of solution components.
