This four day exhibition will showcase latest products and technologies in various categories of buses, special vehicles including ambulance, PCR vans, emergency vehicles and component and accessories for this specific sector of the automotive industry. The key manufactures of bus and special vehicles, such as Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Mercedes, Volvo, Swaraj Mazda, JCBL, Sutlej, etc along with a number of component manufacturers like Bosch, Allison Transmission, Auto Meters, Pioneer Friction and many more are going to display their respective products at the expo.
Mr. Dilip Chenoy, Director General, SIAM said, “The commercial vehicle segment today is one of the major contributor to the Indian Automobile Industry due to the rising demands of Indian transportation equipment in domestic and international markets. With the increased focus on infrastructure development across the country the industry has also witnessed a significant increase in demand for special vehicle in India. I hope that this exhibition will become a platform for various stakeholders to come together and benefit from each others offerings.”
The event is expected to register a significant footfall with special interest from representatives of Domestic Airports, State Road Transport Corporations, Home Ministry, State Governments, Ministry of Defence, Police Departments, Department of Fire & Safety, Hospitals and Business Houses during the exhibition days.
