BIG Brands Research, one of India’s leading market research companies, organized a gala Service Excellence Awards Ceremony to felicitate North India’s leading companies and professionals who have displayed unmatched excellence in services industries. The award ceremony was punctuated by scintillating dance performances from Skeleton Dance Crew, Delhi’s best dance group.

BIG Brands Research Service Excellence Awards are given away to business organizations and professionals annually based on their service quality, leadership position in the industry, dedication to customer satisfaction, positive entrepreneurial initiatives, exemplary business practices, feedback from the end customers and the industry and business growth. The winners include the best doctors and clinics and hotels and restaurants amongst many other business areas. Big Brands Research collects the inputs from end consumers in different segments regarding their satisfaction level from products and services being offered by the different brands and professionals in different geographical locations in Delhi-NCR.
The company conducted this research study over a period of 6 months and with more than 50 field executives collecting the data from across the different cities in NCR. The primary objectives of this comprehensive market research study were to identify and recognize service excellence, associated innovations and best practices that lead to exemplary performance and to highlight the importance of pursuing customer satisfaction in today's competitive and ever-evolving business environment.

Research Methodology
Identification of the key brands and professionals in a particular category and geographical zone and inviting them for participation in the market research. Over 2000 business entities and professionals spread across the different cities in NCR were invited to participate in the market research study in different categories and zones depending upon their location and focus of their business. Over 400 of the participants made to the next stage after the initial screenings of the nominations received in this stage.
Collection of data from the participating brands and professionals about their services, infrastructure, Annual Growth of business, etc.
Gauging the popularity and perception of the participants amongst the end consumers through collection of data through feedback forms. Over 5000 completely filled up forms were received with feedback on different participants. This stage was focused on gathering insights into the brand equity, customer feedback, media visibility and feedback from the industry.
Physical survey of the premises of all the participants for collection and verification of data gathered
Grading the participants on different criteria through collected data/feedback/opinion scores
