Synergy bags 'Best Engineering Firm of The year' award at GIREM

Synergy Property Development Services, a leading Project Management Company announced that they have been conferred with the 'Best Engineering firm of the Year' award for the second consecutive year at GIREM, the flagship Urban Planning and Real Estate Leadership Summit, held at Zuri White Sands, Goa. The three-day real estate summit discussed on issues of urban development and sustainability with focus on the real estate sector.

The awards assessment procedure was based on various parameters set by Ernst & Young, who reviewed and verified the entire processes of the Awards. The jury allocated scores to each of the nominees based on point system.

The awards jury comprised   Mr. Anuj Puri, Chairman & Country Head - Jones Lang LaSalle; Mr. V. Hari Krishna, Director - Investments, Kotak Realty; Mr. Sumeet Anand, VP, Head Corporate Real Estate, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh? - J.P. Morgan and Mr. Santosh Martin, CEO - Divyasree Developers Pvt Ltd.
