Texmo Pipes and Products organized Annual Dealer Conference in Burhanpur

Texmo Pipes and Products Limited started as a partnership firm in the name of Shree Mohit Industries in 1999 and was converted into a Public Limited Company on July 3, 2008.The Company organized its Annual Dealer Conference at Burhanpur (M.P.) on September 5, 2009 to felicitate the dealers for their efforts and achievements and to set targets for the year ahead. The dealers were awarded on the basis of sales targets met, their performance and highest bookings done. It was attended by dealers from various states viz. Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.  The conference was presided by the promoters and independent directors of the Company.

The Company is promoted by Mr. Sanjay Agrawal and Ms. Rashmidevi Agrawal. It is presently engaged into manufacturing of PVC and HDPE pipes. The manufacturing facilities are based in Burhanpur, (M.P). With the increase in demand for various types of pipes, it intends expansion of product range and setting up of manufacturing facilities for injection mouldings / fittings and woven sacks for which it proposes to enter the capital market with a Public Issue of 50 lakhs equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price to be determined by the book-building process and has filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI.
