Technical papers were presented by eminent technocrats from IIT, CRRI, AAI, MOD & by Professor’s from The Netherlands & Germany. Deliberations took place on various issues related to Highway Engineering. He said, “by using innovative new generation products cost of projects will go up by 1 to 1.5% but expected performance life of the highways will be two fold”.
