World Conference on "Current trends in Flexible Pavements" on Feb 5, 2010

Deliberations took place on various issues related to Highway Engineering. He said, “by using innovative new generation products cost of projects will go up by 1 to 1.5% but expected performance life of the highways will be two fold”.
