Four persons, in an inebriated state, had heated arguments
with each other over some petty issue when one among them fired indiscriminately killing Shivanand at the spot and injuring another Sandeep, SHO, Kavi Nagar, Ashok Shishodia said.
Rampratap, a security guard who fired from his licenced double-barrel gun, and Samarpal have been arrested, he said, adding the duo are relatives.
The body of Shivanand has been sent for postmortem, he added.
