The incident took place near Kulhnamau village in Bakshan area when the truck driver lost control over the vehicle after one of its tyres developed a puncture and it hit the jeep, they said.
The 10 deceased are yet to be identified, police said, adding that the injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital.
