According to the complaint filed by the victim's mother, Bittu alias Vivek raped her minor daughter on June 19.
The girl's mother, who works at Okhla in New Delhi, came to know about the incident two days later from her elder daughter following which she lodged a complaint, police said.
A case has been registered against the accused, who is absconding, under section 376 (punishment for rape) of IPC and relevant sections of POCSO Act, police said, adding, efforts were on to nab him.
