Negotiation between management and the trade union reached to a decision to regularise the casual workers and convert their service as permanent workers of the Tata Steel who would get all facilities provided by the company to its permanent workers, said Mohan Mahto, branch president of RCMS of INTUC in West Bokaro Division of Tata Steel in Ramgarh district.
Addressing the casual workers in No. 12 chowk in West Bokaro Division under Mandu block of Ramgarh district, he said the management had accepted the demand and workers would be treated as permanent workers of the company.
