12 missing in boat mishap in China

Twelve people are missing and four others were rescued after a fishing boat sank off the coast of north China's Hebei Province today.
The local maritime search and rescue centre said the boat sank at about 2 am in the Bohai Sea off Tangshan City.
The cause of the accident is being investigated, and rescue work is under way, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.
