Taking to reporters here today, Dhindsa said that he had personally requested Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal to hand over the Vidhu Jain murder case to the CBI.
Dhindsa also said the Principal Secretary (Home) has written to the CBI in this regard.
He said the family of the child had been demanding that the case be handed over to CBI.
