120 border home guard commandos deployed at CAIRN India site

The move was taken after the oil giant appealed to the government to provide security to protect its oil fields, officials said here.

The 120 commandos are trained in advanced weaponry and technique to thwart any terrorist attack, they said.

Besides, they are also trained in rescue operations in case of any calamity, the officials said.
