The mercury stood at 7.6 degrees Celsius in Angul, while it was 8.4 degree in Sonepur, 8.6 degree in Koraput, 9 degree in Titlagarh, Bhawanipatna and Sundargarh, 9.1 degree in Keonjhar, 9.5 degree in Sambalpur, 9.8 degree in Jharsuguda and 10 degree in Balasore and Balangir, it said.
