The incident was reported from Kapashera and the accused Rohit and Gaurav were arrested.
The 14-year-old victim told police that the duo allegedly lured her to an isolated place near her house and raped her two days ago.
They also allegedly threatened her of dire consequences if she informed anyone about the incident, police said.
A case was registered and further investigations are on.
