15 IAS, 24 IPS officers transferred in UP

In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Uttar Pradesh government today transferred 15 IAS and 24 IPS officers in the state.
Principal Secretary (Food Processing) Kumar Kamlesh has been transferred as Divisional Commissioner Allahabad, an official spokesman said here.
V K Singh, who was on the wait-list, has been posted as Secretary social welfare, while Secretary Finance R N Upadhyaya has been shifted to personnel department.
Special Secretary Tax and Registration Shyamlal II has been posted in planning department.
Special Secretary Urban Development V K Pawar swapped places with Special Secretary IT and Electronics Jai Prakash Singh.
Anil Raj Kumar, who was on the wait list has been posted as Additional registrar cooperative societies.

Ajay Kumar Singh, who was on the wait list, has been posted as Secretary Public Service Commission.

S Madhushalini has been posted as special officer on special duty Greater Noida.
Additional Commissioner Moradabad Jaswant Singh has been shifted as member (judicial) Revenue Board. Shraddha Mishra, who was on the wait list, has been posted as special secretary infrastructure.
Chief Development Officer Gautam Buddha Nagar Prakash Bindu has been shifted as Special Secretary tax and registration.
Joint magistrate Meerut Akhand Pratap Singh has been posted as CDO Faizabad.
Among IPS officers DIG/SSP Allahabad Mohit Agarwal has been shifted to Telecom Lucknow.

DIG/SSP Mathura R K S Rathore has been transferred to Bareilly range.
R P Chatrurvedi, who was attached with RTC Chunar, has been posted as SP cooperative cell. SP ACO M D Karndhar has been posted as DIG Gorakhpur range.
Gulab Singh, who was attached with the DGP office, has been posted as SP Mathura, whereas Pradeep Kumar Yadav has been transferred as SSP Gorakhpur.
SP Kushinagar Mrigendra Singh has been shifted to Mahoba. Pushpanjali has been posted as SP vigilance.
SP Bahraich Lalit Kumar Singh has been attached to the DGP office. SP Mahoba Lalit Kumar Singh has been shifted to Kushinagar, whereas SP vigilance establishment Mohit Gupta has been transferred to Bahraich.

SSP Gorakhpur Shalabh Mathur has been transferred to Agra and SP Shamli Abdul Hameed has been shifted to Hathras.
