15 officials shifted in HP

In an administrative reshuffle, the Himachal government tonight shifted fifteen senior officials, including eleven of IAS cadre.
Four principal secretaries and half a dozen heads of departments including Directors, Information and Public relations, Industries, Rural Development, Ayurveda and Deputy Commissioner, Hamirpur figure in the list.
Ali Raza Rizvi, Principal Secretary (Health and Family Welfare and Transport) has been divested of Transport and given Ayurveda department while Sanjay Gupta, Principal Secretary (Ayurveda) has been posted as Principal Secretary (Rural Development and Panchayati Raj), relieving Upma Chawdhry of additional charge.
R D Dhiman, Principal Secretary (Education, Technical Education and Industries) has been posted as Principal Secretary (Industries and Labour Employment) relieving Upma Chawdhry of charge of this department. He will also hold additional charge of the post of Principal Secretary (Education).

K Sanjay Murthy, Principal Secretary (Urban Development, TCP, Housing, and Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs) will be Principal Secretary (Transport, Technical Education and Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs).
Subhasish Panda, Secretary (SAD, GAD, Sainik Welfare and Parliamentary Affairs), has been given additional charge of the

post of Secretary (UD, TCP and Housing). He has been relieved as Director, Tourism and Civil Aviation and Managing Director, HP Tourism Development Corporation, which he was holding.
Director of Industries, Mohan Chauhan has been posted as Director, Tourism and Civil Aviation along with additional charge of HP Tourism Development Corporation while Director, Information and Public Relations, Rajinder Singh would be new Director of Industries with additional charge of MD of HP State Industrial Development Corporation.

Kanshi Ram Bharti, Special Secretary (Finance), who holds additional charge of the post of Director, Treasuries, Lotteries and Accounts will takeover as Managing Director of HP SC/ST Development Corporation and Mahila Vikas Nigam.
Dr Sandeep Bhatnagar, Secretary, HP Public Service Commission, holding additional charge of Special Secretary (Education and Technical Education) has been posted as Director, Ayurveda.
Sharabh Chhopal Negi, Director, SC, OBC and Minorities Affairs, holding additional charge of Managing Director, HP SC/ST Corporation Ltd and Mahila Vikas Nigam goes as Deputy Commissioner, Hamirpur replacing Ashish Singhmar who goes as Special Secretary (Finance) with additional charge of Director, Treasuries, Lotteries and Accounts.

Rakesh Kumar Sharma, Special Secretary to Chief Minister and Tourism and Tribal Development, holding charge of Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development has been given charge of Director, Information and Public Relations.
Balbir Chand Badalia, Director, Ayurveda, has been posted as Secretary, HP Public Service Commission while S S Guleria, Secretary, State Information Commission, holding additional charge of Secretary, State Election Commission, has been posted as Director, Youth Service and Sports, relieving Kamal Sharma of additional charge.
