16-yr-old boy held for raping deaf-mute girl
"A 16-year-old boy has been arrested on the basis of complaint of raping a 14-year-old deaf and mute girl. We are waiting for medical reports of the girl," said Joint Commissioner (Crime) Pallab Kanto Ghosh.
The boy was a neighbour of the girl.
