19 wickets tumble on day one at Palam

As much as 19 wickets fell on day one of Group C game between Jharkhand and Services, who were leading the visitors by 86 runs after being at 131 for nine in the Ranji Trophy here today.
Services skittled out Jharkhand for 45 after winning the toss, courtesy a six wicket burst from Diwesh Pathania.
The home team did not put up an inspiring show either when they came out to bat but it was enough to take a substantial first innings lead at the Palam ground.
Jharkhand still remain in what is turning out to be low scoring match with the help of their bowlers Ajay Yadav, Rahul Shukla, Shahbaz Nadeem and Jaskaran Singh, who all shared two wickets apiece.
