2 arms smugglers held

Two alleged arms smugglers were
arrested today in Rajasthan's Jalore district and several live cartridges and arms were recovered from them, police said.
The duo identified as Narpat Singh (54) and Pawan (28) were apprehended by a team of Special Operation Group (SOG) near Bhinmal bus stand in Jalore district.
Five pistols, six magazines and 49 live cartridges were recovered from them. They had smuggled the arms from Madhya Pradesh.
They are being interrogated to ascertain more details, ADG SOG Alok Tripathi said.
