2 arrested for killing property dealer in Gurgaon

Two persons have been arrested for killing a property dealer here last week, police said today.
"Sunny and Arjun, along with their two accomplices, had gunned down Narender Kataria (28) on June 22, when he was returning home after playing badminton in Sector 9," Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) Sumit Kumar said.
Acting on a tip-off, the duo was arrested late last night from Farukhnagar area, he said, adding a manhunt is on to nab their accomplices, Sumit and Lalit.
All the four accused and the deceased were residents of Basai village, the officer said.
"During interrogation, the two accused told police that they hatched a plan to kill Kataria as he had slapped Arjun publicly one-and-half years ago," Kumar said.

The officer said, "The deceased's family members, however, had claimed that Sunny and Arjun had committed the crime as they were unhappy with Kataria's successful deal of a one-acre plot in Bawal industrial area of Rewari district."
The arrested duo was presented in a local court that sent them to four-day police custody.
