The duo were arrested after the auto-rickshaw, in which they were transporting the consignment, hit road divider and overturned, police said.
"When a PCR van reached the spot, it found that the occupants of the rickshaw were trying to escape from the spot. Cops chased and overpowered them. During check, 450 quarter bottles of illicit liquor was found in the auto-rickshaw," a senior police officer said.
Those arrested were identified as Anga and Amin. An FIR has been registered under sections 33 and 52 of the Delhi Excise Act.
