Acting on a tip-off, police arrested Akash Kumar (25) and his accomplice Niranjan Chaudhary (32), they said.
"Kumar had robbed one Pritam Singh off his cab on knife point on July 20 from Sadar Bazar area and sold it to Chaudhary for Rs 30,000," Additional CP (South-West) Anil Kumar Ojha said.
While Akash is a commerce graduate, Chaudhary runs a real state company in Palwal in Haryana, he said, adding that the taxi has been recovered.
