2 contract killers arrested; arms, stolen vehicles recovered

Two contract killers have been nabbed and arms and stolen vehicles seized from their possession, police said today.
Yogesh alias Bachchi and Asheesh Chauhan alias Suraj were arrested from Geeta Sanjay intersection yesterday by Sihani Gate police around 9:30 PM on the basis of a tip-off, they said.
"The duo confessed that they used to kill people on contract and were extorting money on the tips of dreaded criminal Anil Dujana," said senior Superintendent of Police KS Emmanuel.
During interrogation, Bachchi confessed to murders of traders of Muzaffar Nagar and Dadri for not paying extortion amount.
Three months ago, in a bizarre killing case, Bachchi had shot dead a street vendor Ganga Ram in Sihani gate area for not giving him 'paani poori'.

Two country made pistols and two live cartridges have been seized from their custody, police said.
"One stolen 'Eco' SUV with fake registration number plate and a 'Splendor' bike have also been seized. Both the vehicles were used in killing," said Emmanuel.
