The festival, aimed at promoting tourism, was inaugurated by minister of state for tourism Priya Sethi and attracted a large number of people who enjoyed the colourful programmes presented by various groups, Chief Executive Officer of Bhaderwah Development Authority (BDA), Bal Krishan said.
Known as 'mini-Kashmir' due to its resemblance to the 'paradise on earth', Bhaderwah in Doda district attracted a record number of four lakh tourists this year.
