2 die, 1 taken ill under mysterious circumstances in Firozabad

Two persons died and another was taken seriously ill under mysterious circumstances in Shikohabad police station area here today, police said.
The two have been identified as Satish (27) and Vinod (33), Shikohabad Circle Officer Shyam Kant said, adding the third person, Manoj Tyagi, has been sent to a hospital in Agra for treatment.
The three had been touring the district in a publicity vehicle of a soft drink company for the past some time, he said.
Last night, the driver parked the vehicle at a dhaba on NH-2 and left, and the three youths slept in the vehicle, he said.

Upon his return this morning, the driver found them unconscious and informed the police who rushed them to a hospital where Satish and Vinod were declared dead, the police official said.
Manoj has been referred to Agra hospital for treatment, the CO said, adding that the matter was being investigated.
