Two Indians were among five people arrested for drug trafficking in two separate incidents in Nepal.
Police arrested Puskhar Mishra, 19, and Kanhai Mishra, 36, both residents of Sitamarhi district in Bihar, who were carrying 500 grams of hashish on their motorbike.
They were arrested from Koudena village in Sarlahi district in southern Nepal as they were heading towards India with the contraband, police said.
In another incident, three Nepalese nationals were arrested from Kohalpur municipality in Banke district in western Nepal for carrying 30 kilos of hashish, according to police sources.
A police team arrested Kaliman Budha, 52, Buddha Bahadur Rajali, 38, and Balbahadur Budha from Kohalpur along with the narcotic drugs on Tuesday night.
