others injured when a bus rammed into a roadside tree after a tyre burst near here today, police said.
One of the front tyres of the state-owned transport corporation bus, coming from Sivaganga, burst following which the driver lost control of the vehicle at Chellampatti, 45 kms from here.
Two passengers died on the spot, they said, adding, the injured persons have been hospitalised.
