The mishap occurred when a car coming from Agra and going towards Noida crossed the Jewar toll plaza and rammed into stationary truck.
Two persons travelling in the car got injured and were rushed to hospital where they died during treatment.
The deceased were identified as Vikram Singh (21) and Pushpinder (50).
