The HRTC bus was on its way from Manali to Thalot while the ill-fated car was going from Chandigarh to Manali when the accident took place, they said.
The three persons travelling in the car were injured in the accident. One of them died on the way to hospital while another was referred to Kullu and succumbed to his injuries in the hospital, the police said.
The deceased were identified as Abhishek (20) and Jay (23), both residents of Chandigarh, and the injured was identified as McMillan, they said.
