Two men were arrested from Old Gadi Mandoo village for their alleged involvement in several cases of robbery here, police said today.
The accused brothers, identified as Rahul (28) and Dharmender (20), were arrested yesterday. They were drug addicts and used to commit robberies to fulfil their needs, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Northeast) Atul Kumar Thakur said.
The police recovered a knife, four mobile phones, a country made pistol and a live cartridge from their possession.
