Surendra Yadav (30) and his uncle Om Prakash (55) were shot dead last night by one Dhara Singh Yadav and two others, SP R P Singh said.
The incident took place when Surendra Yadav objected to blockage and collection of water near Yadav's house.
An FIR has been lodged against three people and efforts were on to arrest the remaining two, Singh added.
