Ashwani, a resident of Siyani Gate area, and Aneesh, a resident of Bombay Colony of the district, were arrested last night when they were planning to execute crime in the Siyani Gate area, they said.
Three stolen laptops, a tablet and five mobile phones were seized from them.
They were active in Noida and Ghaziabad.
The accused have confessed to their involvement in a number of thefts, said police, adding that they are now being interrogated about their accomplices.
