2 woman killed, 25 injured after bus rams truck

Two women were today killed and 25 people injured when a bus in which they were travelling collided with a stationary truck on Badaun-Bareilly road in Binawar area here, police said.
The incident took place at about 5 AM when the driver of the bus carrying devotees from Purnagiri temple in Uttarakhand lost control over the vehicle and hit the truck standing alongside the road, SP (City), Anil Kumar Yadav said.
Rambeti (54) and Gunjan (26) died on the spot, he said, adding 25 people were injured in the incident.
The injured have been rushed to the hospital where the condition of six is stated to be critical, police added.
