2 women dead, 4 injured as earth mound caves in

Two women today died and four others got injured when a mound of earth they were digging collapsed on them in Kanthariya village of the district, police said.
The women were digging a mound of earth near a dried pond when it suddenly caved in burying all six of them, they said.
Before people could rescue the victims, Kanti (30) died while Priyanka (15) succumbed to her injuries on the way to a nearby hospital, police said, adding the four injured women were admitted to the hospital.
