Three of the victims were part of a music band while the fourth was the auto rickshaw driver. Driver of the car fled from the spot and efforts are being made to arrest him, police said.
Sanjay (16) and Anil (18) were killed on the spot while Pradeep, their friend, suffered injuries on his head and is undergoing treatment at a hospital with the driver.
"The incident took place around 5 AM at the Kapashera main road behind the airport. The trio had booked the three-wheeler to take them to R K Puram.
While the car's driver fled leaving his vehicle behind, by the time other band members reached the spot and called police.
The victims were rushed to a nearby hospital where the duo were declared brought dead.
"We have registered a case under section 304 A against the errant driver and efforts are on to nab him after he was identified through the vehicle which has been seized.
