The incident took place last night when Gurdeep Singh and Wakir, both residents of village Fatehabad, were on their way to Hemkund Sahib, SP, City, Vaibhav Krishan said.
The speeding truck, which was behind them, hit the motorcycle, Krishan said, adding, the truck driver fled the spot immediately.
The youths were rushed to a district hospital where they were declared dead, he said.
