22-year-old shot dead, 4 detained

A 22-year-old man was shot dead by unidentified persons at a fair in Devgaon area here, following which four people were detained, the police said today.
Vipin Yadav was killed in the incident which took place yesterday, they said, adding that his body was found near a temple this morning.
The matter is being investigated.
