According to official sources, 267 candidates remain in the fray after the deadline for withdrawal of nominations ended yesterday.
The highest number of 30 candidates each, are contesting from Malkajgiri and Secunderabad Lok Sabha seats, while the least is from Nagarkurnool (SC) Lok Sabha seat with 6, sources said.
Among assembly seats, Amberpet in Hyderabad has the highest number of 32 candidates, while Andhole in Medak district has only five nominees.
Simultaneous elections to 119 assembly and 17 Lok Sabha seats in Telangana are scheduled to be held on April 30.
